Due to the custom nature of our handcrafted products, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photos.
Design Services

Once a design service has begun, payments are non-refundable.

In the event of cancellation before work begins, a refund may be issued minus any administrative fees.
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only possible for defective or incorrect items, subject to product availability.
