Refund Policy

Handcrafted Products

  • Due to the custom nature of our handcrafted products, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photos.

Design Services

  • Once a design service has begun, payments are non-refundable.

  • In the event of cancellation before work begins, a refund may be issued minus any administrative fees.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only possible for defective or incorrect items, subject to product availability.
